User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the personal data we hold about you (messages, profile name, phone number and related metadata received via Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp) at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@hastech.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the platform (Messenger / Instagram / WhatsApp) and the name, username or phone number you used to message the business, so we can locate your records.

What happens next

We will verify the request and permanently delete the associated personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
